Campus managed all aspects of the project development including land acquisition, design, entitlement, and construction budgeting. Project was approved unanimously with strong community support.

Campus LLC negotiated the contract GMP from $184M to $153M in the final weeks leading up to the planning project start.

Making Waves decided to prioritize investments for their Richmond campus and tabled the project indefinitely.

Campus continues work with Making Waves on the site disposition.
