Campus managed all aspects of the project development including land acquisition, design, entitlement, and construction budgeting. Campus engaged a traffic engineer early in the project to ensure the campus design worked with the driveway locations needed to accommodate the drop-off and pick-up traffic. Campus submitted for design review and had facilitated community open houses as a part of their consensus building efforts for the project. Campus was managing the completion of the CEQA work with the City and city approval was imminent when Making Waves made the internal decision to cancel the project.
