Campus managed the expansion of the Making Waves Academy Richmond Campus from its original three buildings on 4 acres to a 21-acre campus with 8 state of the art buildings.  Campus managed the assemblage of 5 neighboring properties and the abandonment of a city street.  Construction was phased to allow for the school to grow into the new larger footprint with the middle school delivered in 2019 followed by the upper school expansion and concluding with the upper school gymnasium project this fall.  The buildings are tilt-up concrete with a variety of architectural features and a significant public art component.

Approvals were achieved through an anti-charter environment and at a time when Richmond was actively working to stop further charter school development in the city.
