Campus was engaged to manage the design, entitlement, and construction of a new classroom building on an existing middle/high school campus.  Campus originally presented a budget of $8.7M in June of 2021 and was able to reduce the overall budget to $8.0M and maintain that budget through the construction contract signed in July of 2022.  This was over a period that had double digit construction cost escalation and was completed through smart design, relationship bidding, and negotiations.  Entitlements included design review and an AUP amendment. 

Construction was completed in August 2023 with final project savings of over 11% of the final budget.
